Very deep red with garnet highlights. Very persistent with notes of cherry, plums, ripe black currant, tobacco and final toasty taste. Great structure, soft, plenty of velvety tannins, very persistent with along finish, spicy notes of vanilla and chocolate.

Legumes, mushrooms and tasty meats. Yume perfectly matches turkey and barbecue meat. Try it also with Asian food as duck, beef and pork hot pots.
